SO GHOUL IS GOING TO STEAL AS MANY DRUGS AS POSSIBLE. I don't know how much there are but he's going to go for about as much as he can shove in his pockets. He also has approximate knowledge of when Jesse is looking after the store and when Saya isn't going to be for the most part, just so he can get away faster since... Jesse can't exactly chase him - and he's got a pretty damn good record as far as lifting things/pickpocketing/etc.
Of course, there's always human error and he'll probably be high while he's doing it, so there's that.
